The immunoassays are developed to be multiplexed in defined panels targeting 92 proteins and have been validated on plasma and serum, of which only 1 µl is required, however, the assay is compatible with almost all sample types, as pictured in the figure below.

Currently, 14 human panels exist, which are either disease-focused or related to specific processes in the body. Additionally, for translational mouse model studies, an exploratory mouse panel has also been developed allowing protein screening in mouse plasma.
