Monoclonal Antibody Development

IMD has decades of experience in generating highly-specific mAbs using hybridoma technology, as evidenced by successful development of a large number of mAbs for research, clinical diagnosis and therapeutic applications. We know how to generate a mAb that is specific to the immunogens and that works for the intended application. Our service includes (1) design and production of peptide antigens; (2) immunization of BALB/c mice and cell fusion; (3) screening of positive clones using ELISA or Biacore system; (4) subcloning and expansion; (5) antibody isotyping and characterization; (6) cryopreservation of hybridoma cells; (7) bulk production and purification of mAbs with fermentation.
