Blood Biomarker for Alzheimer Disease
P-tau181 is Tau protein microtubule-associated protein phosphorylated at 181st amino acid.
​
The normal range of P-tau181 in serum is less than 10 pg/ml.
Above 10 pg/ml will indicate a high risk of AD development and intervention therapy is advised.
